The Training for Warriors (TFW) Austin -Astig Training Center is a immaculately-clean and elegant family-friendly facility for TFW Group and Private Fitness classes for weight loss and strength training, Primal-7 exercise and rehabilitation, Practical Self-Defense, Kali Filipino Martial Arts, Fitness Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA fitness training.
We are proud to be the Central Texas affiliate of the immensely successful and international Training for Warriors Fitness Training system popular across approximately 300 locations throughout 30 different countries of the world!
Our coaches are professional and certified trainers across many disciplines and programs as well as having many years behind their martial arts black belts. Our personal trainers are certified the highest level (Level 2) coaches in the Training for Warriors worldwide training system, trained in international kettle bell programs, and certified instructors in Primal-7 as well as certified InBody Body Composition Analysis providers.

Training for Warriors
Training For Warriors isn’t just a workout program, it is a global movement.
The TFW system began as a fitness program originally created for some of the best combat athletes in the world more than 17 years ago. Today, the training methods of the TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good.
With hundreds of affiliate locations in 30 countries, thousands of people per day are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level in order to fight this battle called life.
