Astig Fitness and Martial Arts is not a child care facility or a daycare.

We are an alternative to "daycare-like" after school programs that just happen to offer martial arts - we instead offer high quality Martial Arts, Tumbling, Fitness and activity programs that specialize in children.

​

We actually care about your children and work to help make them stronger, 

more confident and teach them life-long skills.
